Here are some of the questions I get asked frequently. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please contact me at the shop by email or telephone and I’ll do my best to answer your questions.

Your satisfaction is my priority. I want all my clients to leave the shop feeling confident. You’ll spend time with me being measured and we will develop your fit to achieve exactly what you need and want. Every client is treated with the same care and confidential service.
In the fitting room I will need you to remove your top clothing, leaving your bra on. I will ask you what you are looking for; up-lift, a smaller look, comfort etc. There will be a shape that is right for you which is flattering and defining. Your choice of bra is also dictated by what your over garments are going to be.
I will analyse any incorrect fitting in the bra you are wearing. I will ask you what you are going to do in your bra, as this has an impact on which style I would recommend, for example an under wired bra is not suitable for manual work like gardening. Please allow 15 – 20 minutes for a fitting depending on how many bras you wish to try.

All my essential stock and most popular everyday items are on this website and can be ordered with confidence. Most items are in stock, but a few lines will have to be specially ordered. Please choose your items for order by following these simple steps.

- Enter your name, address and credit card details. Please note that your account will not be debited until your purchases are despatched. I will advise you of availability as soon as I receive your order.

It takes years of experience to fit the perfect bra and for this reason it is better that you come into the shop for a proper fitting. It is virtually impossible to measure yourself and so if you are unable to come in for a fitting I recommend you ask a friend to help you.

Many of these items are available to buy on line, however some are only available in the shop. Please call if you have any particular requests.
This does depend on the type of surgery you have had. As a rule with all surgery, once the dressings have come off, I can fit you for a very soft bra for post surgery. This takes care of that span of time before you are able to come into the shop for a fitting. I should say here that I have had many years experience in fitting post surgery underwear, I am good at it. You do not need to make an appointment; I am always ready from that very first moment. I will be your point of referral from all the main breast care units in the area.
Bras which need to be altered are done for a small charge, for example a bra pocket can be added for £8.00 and the turn-around time is usually 7 days. All items can be delivered and normal postage and packing costs apply here. You will always be given a price beforehand should you require a bespoke service. Other alterations include hemming for nightwear and sleeve shortening and both are at £10.00. We also have a name tagging service on request.
